What do I say! The technician Mr. Hussain was a polite and thoroughly professional young man. He knew his subject and explained everything as he went along. A really positive attitude helped allay my fears. His questions about the history of the problem gave me confidence he was analysing the situation properly. The night was freezing with a promise of snow, but in the dark at 2 deg C he just got on with it. A credit to himself and Dr.Fuel, keep it up!
